Crystal Mojica

Crystal Mojica is the Director of Communications at Equal Justice Works, where she leads strategic communications efforts to elevate the organization’s mission and impact.

Previously, she served as Senior Media Relations Manager at the National Women’s Law Center, where she developed and executed media strategies to amplify the organization’s work on reproductive rights, health, and gender justice. She also served as a Director at Spitfire Strategies, advising nonprofits, foundations, and global brands on social justice communications.

Crystal is a returned Peace Corps volunteer based in Baltimore, Maryland, and holds a B.A. in Public Relations from William Paterson University.
