Leadership Development Training

Each Fall, Equal Justice Works gathers current Fellows from across the country for the Leadership Development Training (LDT) to inform and strengthen a growing and diverse community of lawyers and advocates dedicated to expanding access to justice. LDT is far more than professional development, it is an opportunity to reflect collectively and draw inspiration from the Equal Justice Works community and its unique role in the ongoing movement to make access to justice a reality.
