A selection committee will review all nominations and select 40 honorees representing a range of backgrounds, career paths, sectors, and decades of service. 

The 40×40 Alumni Changemakers cohort will be announced later this summer and celebrated throughout EJW’s 40th anniversary year, kicking off with the Scales of Justice gala in October 2026.
