Equal Justice Works Career Fair
2025 Information for Law School Professionals
Join us virtually as we bring together more than 2,500 students and 250+ public interest employers from across the country for this year's Equal Justice Works Career Fair.
Registration
Student and recent graduate registration for this year’s virtual career fair (October 16-18, 2025) will open. Only those students and recent graduates from an Equal Justice Works member law school are eligible to participate in this event.
Prescheduled Interviews
Students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply for jobs and interviews with several organizations during the prescheduled interview application period. This year, all interviews will be 20 minutes long with a 10-minute break between each interview.

Table Talk Opportunities
If attendees are not invited to participate in the prescheduled interview process, there will still be multiple opportunities throughout the event to speak with employers outside of formal interview times.
Students will have time to sign up for employer table talk times. Please note: Prescheduled interviews will not take place during these times.
Please email [email protected] with any questions.
Covering the Cost of Student Registration
If your school would like to cover the cost of your students’ attendance at this year’s event, please send an email to [email protected] with the following information: (1) the name of your law school; (2) your desired registration cap; and (3) whether your school will be covering the registration costs for all current students, particular class years, and/or alumni.
