Equal Justice Works Career Fair

2025 Information for Law Students & Recent Graduates

Join us virtually as we bring together more than 2,500 law students and 250+ public interest employers from across the country for this year's Equal Justice Works Career Fair.

Registration

Student and recent graduate registration for this year’s virtual career fair (October 16-18, 2025) will open in the fall. Only those students and recent graduates from an Equal Justice Works member law school are eligible to participate in this event.

Registration is $25 for the event. Several schools cover the registration fee for students. Please contact your law school administrators to find out if your law school is covering the cost for students for this year’s event.

Prescheduled Interviews
Students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply for jobs and interviews with several organizations during the prescheduled interview application period.

Table Talk Opportunities
Even if you do not get the interview(s) you were hoping for, there will still be multiple opportunities throughout the career fair to speak with employers outside of formal interview times. Students will have time to sign up for employer “table talk” times. Prescheduled interviews will not take place during these times.

Important Dates

Student Registration Opens: August 11 at 12:00 p.m.
Student and recent graduate registration opened. See above for the registration link.

Prescheduled Interview Application Deadline: September 19 at 12:00 p.m.
Students must apply for prescheduled interviews (i.e., available positions). Employers will then have time to submit their interview selections.

Please note: Employers will have time to post their available positions. All interviews will take place during the October career fair.

Career Fair Registration Deadline: October 8 at 12:00 p.m.
Event registration for the career fair will close for those students interested in participating in informal “table talk” discussions with employers.

Prescheduled Interview Sign Up Deadline: October 8 at 5:00 p.m.
Students will be notified of the status of their applications on Monday, October 6 at 12:00 PM ET and will then have time to either accept or decline their interview offers.

Alternates Interview Sign Up Deadline: October 10 at 5:00 p.m.
If you are selected as an alternate candidate and moved to “invited” status, you will have this time to either accept or decline your interview offer. Any available time slots will be filled on a first come, first served basis.

Interview Schedule Deadline: October 13 at 1:00 p.m.
Participants will be sent a final version of their interview schedules. These emails will include the virtual interview links for both prescheduled interviews and table talk.

Table Talk Sign Up Deadline: October 14 at 6:00 p.m.
Students will have time to sign up for employer “table talk” times.

Please note: All deadlines outlined above are in Eastern Time (ET). They are hard deadlines and will not be extended for any reason.
